1 Документ определяющий юридический статус и место регистрации Предоставить сканированную копию оригинала свидетельства о регистрации
2 Сведения об общей стоимости поставок Иметь объем услуг - иметь опыт выполнения, приложить аналогичных договоров/ услуг, на сумму не менее стоимости данного объема
3 Другое требование 1.Справки по налогам и соцфонду должны быть действительны на момент проведения конкурсного торга (со дня обьявления торга и до дня вскрытия). 2. Сумма депозита в качестве ГОКЗ не зачитывается. За каждое участие конкурса ГОКЗ оплачивается отдельно, при оплате ГОКЗ указывать № объявление конкурса, ГОКЗ и ГОИД возврашяется по письме . 3.Доверенность лица уполномоченного на подпись конкурсных документов с приложением копии паспорта, а также копия паспорта непосредственно Руководителя (директор, генеральный директор) участвующей компании.
