№ Qualification requirement
1 Бухгалтерский баланс со всеми приложениями Предоставить сканированную копию оригинала бухгалтерского баланса со всеми приложениями заверенный уполномоченным органом за последние 2 года, для ИП отчеты, декларации
2 Участники закупок должны выполнить свои обязательства по уплате страховых взносов Предоставить сканированную копию оригинала справки с Социального фонда об отсутствии задолженности
3 Документ определяющий юридический статус и место регистрации Предоставить сканированную копию оригинала свидетельства о регистрации
4 Другое требование 1.Справки по налогам и соцфонду должны быть действительны на момент проведения конкурсного торга (со дня обьявления торга и до дня вскрытия). 2. Сумма депозита в качестве ГОКЗ не зачитывается. За каждое участие конкурса ГОКЗ оплачивается отдельно, при оплате ГОКЗ указывать № объявление конкурса, ГОКЗ и ГОИД возврашяется по письме . 3.Доверенность лица уполномоченного на подпись конкурсных документов с приложением копии паспорта, а также копия паспорта непосредственно Руководителя (директор, генеральный директор) участвующей компании.
5 Сведения об общей стоимости поставок Иметь объем услуг - иметь опыт выполнения, приложить аналогичных договоров/ услуг, на сумму не менее стоимости данного объема.
6 Участники закупок должны выполнить свои обязательства по уплате налогов в Кыргызской Республике Предоставить сканированную копию оригинала справки с налоговой об отсутствии задолженности
