1 Участники закупок должны выполнить свои обязательства по уплате страховых взносов Предоставить информацию об отсутствии задолженности по уплате страховых взносов
2 Документ об отсутствии между участником закупки и заказчиком конфликта интересов Письменное подтверждение об отсутствии аффилированности, а также информацию об их бенефициарных владельцах. Информация о бенефициарных владельцах является открытой и доступной информацией на веб-портале государственных закупок.
3 Сведения о наличии опыта схожих поставок иметь опыт выполнения не менее (3) аналогичных договоров/услуг на сумму не менее (лота) сом за период 2024-2025г год на территории КР (предоставить информации об исполнения договора сканированные копии договоров с накладными или счет фактура, актами приём передачи товара. Представленных договорах должны указываться номер конкурса опубликованной в "Официальном Портале Государственных Закупок Кыргызской Республики"
4 Участники закупок должны выполнить свои обязательства по уплате налогов в Кыргызской Республике Предоставить информацию об отсутствии задолженности по уплате налоговых взносов
5 Другое требование Сведения о доступе к финансовым ресурсам денежная наличность. Информация о наличии средств должна быть актуальной на дату подачи заявки и действительной на период до вскрытия конкурсных заявок не менее поданного лота
