1 Документ определяющий юридический статус и место регистрации Предоставить сканированную копию оригинала свидетельства о регистрации
2 Участники закупок должны выполнить свои обязательства по уплате налогов в Кыргызской Республике Предоставить информацию о задолженности по уплате налоговых взносов
3 Участники закупок должны выполнить свои обязательства по уплате страховых взносов Предоставить информацию об отсутствии задолженности по уплате страховых взносов
4 Сведения о наличии опыта схожих поставок Иметь опыт выполнения не менее аналогичных договоров/услуг на сумму не менее 150000 сом за 2019-2020 год
5 Другое требование Каждые два дня участник должен прийти Ноокенского территориальную больницу для оказания компьютерных услуг. А также участник должен забрать картриджи, заправить и принести обратно в больницу. Претендент должен предоставить свое согласие на эти требования в письменной форме с подписью печатью.
