1 Участники закупок должны выполнить свои обязательства по уплате страховых взносов Предоставить сканированную копию оригинала справки с Социального фонда об отсутствии задолженности
2 Лицензия, выданная уполномоченным органом Предоставить сканированную копию действующей лицензии на право заниматься фармацевтической деятельностью выданная уполномоченным органом Кыргызской Республики.
3 Другое требование При вскрытии конкурсной заявки после квалификационного и технического отбора если окажется одинаковая ценовая заявка комиссия отдает предпочтение поставщику у которого больше суммарный опыт выполнения аналогичных договоров по представленному ЛОТу.
