№ Qualification requirement
1 Участники закупок должны выполнить свои обязательства по уплате страховых взносов Предоставить сканированную копию оригинала справки с Социального фонда об отсутствии задолженности
2 Другое требование При необходимости предоставить ЛС и ИМН для апробации в течении 2х рабочих дней.
3 Другое требование Больница оставляет за собой право изменять количество закупаемых медикаментов и ИМН с учетом срока годности.
4 Участники закупок должны выполнить свои обязательства по уплате налогов в Кыргызской Республике Предоставить сканированную копию оригинала справки с налоговой об отсутствии задолженности
5 Другое требование При вскрытии конкурсной заявки после квалификационного и технического отбора если окажется одинаковая ценовая заявка комиссия отдает предпочтение поставщику у которого больше суммарный опыт выполнения аналогичных договоров по представленному ЛОТу.
